Feedback- no room service despite a mention of 24X7 service in the room menu. Asked for tea or water bottle in room at 5:00 am during my stay. Was replied by Mr Manoranjan at Room service and Reception that not possible before 7:00 am. What kind of hotel is this ??? Owners of the hotel should wake up and check the service standards! I am not interested in any kind of excuses or apology from the hotel for the same. Shall recommend to people, NOT TO STAY HERE!! Thankyou!

It is located at good location, opposite the Hotel Siddartha, near Rajendra Place metro. Buffet breakfast was good, it was delicious and have different varieties. Tariff of the hotel is at higher side if compare room spacing and services.

I stayed here as part of a group travel holiday. It was my first impression of India. Very average experience and not brilliant to stay in as an introduction to the country. Makeshift steps were put in place outside the entrance to the hotel as there was a flood at the front door. The curtains were a bit grubby but the bedroom was clean. The place just needed a deep clean. The kettle didn’t work We were called up preemptively -to ask if we needed to order dinner. There was no change on check out- they had to find change on the street I think. Breakfast was ok. A two star experience with no frills.
